At the start of pandemic, the metaphor I used was that it felt like we were all caught in the turbulence of a serious storm. It's such an odd thing to think that the ongoing turbulence might ever feel "normal" again. I’ve seen orgs spend way too many man-hours belaboring the choice of color schemes, fonts, and imagery. Don’t get me wrong, I think visual representation of your brand is very important. And if you don’t have a brand-guide, you need one. But...
I do not think that every website needs a redesign or a facelift. I have some opinions about websites--opinions that really don’t matter: I think a lot of organizations over-think their web-presence. I think simpler is better. I think it is perhaps good for websites to change their appearance every once in a while. But these are just opinions. Two things are certain:
